At IPSOFACTO, we highly value our relationship with our clients and are committed to providing comprehensive services, which may include the procurement of products ranging from iPhones to cables to air conditioning units. It is important to note that all such products are manufactured by third-party brands and are often purchased at retail locations rather than through wholesale channels, although wholesale purchases may occur in certain cases.
Additionally, multiple IPSOFACTO employees are involved in a range of tasks to ensure seamless product delivery, including specification review, sourcing, tracking from multiple vendors, transportation, purchasing, inventory management, insurance oversight, and third-party labor coordination. Furthermore, once a client has agreed to a purchase, phase two sourcing activities are initiated to confirm product availability, ensure the proper completion of purchase documentation (particularly for licenses), manage international and national transportation logistics, and track parcels or oversee third-party ground transportation on a daily basis.
Due to the extensive work required to acquire products on behalf of clients, including the labor of multiple IPSOFACTO employees, our variable margin system reflects the complexity and effort involved in each acquisition. IPSOFACTO applies a variable margin structure based on the nature and cost of the product. For relatively inexpensive items such as cables or headphones, higher margins may be applied; conversely, as the cost of the product increases, the margin decreases.
