Government Contracting for Technology and Computer Support

IPSOFACTO IT Services is a certified San Francisco LBE and a certified State of California SBE. Since 2000, IPSOFACTO has been subcontracting for prime contractors, helping them win bids and earn government contracting dollars. IPSOFACTO is flexible, mindful, and fun to work with on government projects, but never a nitpicker or a headache over contract details, although fairness is key to government contracting.

Not-For-Profit Services

For NFP organizations, IPSOFACTO IT Services seeks a win/win situation. Being a charitable and friendly company to the San Francisco community, IPSOFACTO knows that NFPs find it hard to afford the labor required to build standard business IT networks. That’s why we work with our vendors and other sourcing channels to get low or no cost hardware and software for NFPs. Plus, if the NFP is a charity that fulfills our annual donation mission, then we will provide some free services to build their network.

Your government entity’s or NFP’s infrastructure may have legacy and updated systems, multiple security layers and platforms, plus a myriad of servers.IPSOFACTO offers weekly and monthly consultations to provide peace of mind to maximize your IT network’s strength.

Ongoing Support

For over 15 years, IPSOFACTO has been providing a competitive advantage with computer support for servers and server applications, networks, desktop PCs and Macs, backup systems, and mobile devices. Our flexible support plans optimize your IT resources and service.

Steve Boullianne, High school drop-out. College drop-out. A go-go dancer in Amsterdam. LOVED computers, programmed satellites for AT&T. Founded IPSOFACTO in 1996, Y2K boom, Dot-Com boom, 2.0 boom. Likes his smallish company and human relationships; not into big anonymous IT. Loves to tell jokes. Loves and Hates technology; pick up the phone, ok? Thinks on line hook up sites have saved the world from AIDS and DateRape. Thinks his kids are better collaborators and world leaders thanks to video games. Is still a hip-hop dancer; is NOT a Brony. Loves San Francisco; Hates the homeless crisis. Tells young people to buy real estate, as soon as possible. Don’t rent. Hopes his final years are spent handing out blankets, food, clothes, and medical supplies.
