Solution/Process:
To setup a group in Google Apps go to “Groups” and “Create a new group”
Next, name the group and add members.
Finally, click on â”Roles and permissions” and assign any special routing that needs to take place. For outside users to send to the group make sure you enable the check box for “Anyone on the internet”
