To setup a group in Google Apps go to “€œGroups”€ and “Create a new group”€

Next, name the group and add members.

Finally, click on —Roles and permissions”€ and assign any special routing that needs to take place. For outside users to send to the group make sure you enable the check box for “Anyone on the internet”
