
As a PROJECT MANAGER at IPSOFACTO IT Services, I oversee Tech Roll-outs and Cost Accounting for clients.
I manage technical projects in:
- HOMES and OFFICES
- Ordering and delivery of software and hardware
- All backed by financial reports
Projects can take months to finish due to Scale and Inventory Tracking. I track details for hardware deliveries, orders, and payments so IPSOFACTO Engineers can focus on IT implementations, clients, and ad-hoc support. I have excellent MOT Skills (Management, Organization, & Timing) and all that while Multitasking to get projects completed ON TIME and WITHIN BUDGET.
During Meetings, the PROJECT MANAGER (me) oversees projects for inspections and completion. The financial requirements of any project interest me. I track company finances internally and for clients’ BUDGETS and BUDGETING. As Project Manager, I access and manage client hosted services and can allocate costs. Monthly hosted service invoices are esoteric, even annoying. When clients inquire about their CLOUD HOSTING invoices, I provide accurate and intelligible responses. As Project Manager I relay client needs back and forth between IPSOFACTO Engineers and CLIENTS PROJECT MANAGEMENT is ingrained into IPSOFACTO IT SUPPORT, and the excellent tools we use for CRM, GAANT, PM, and ACCOUNTING tools are proof. I enjoy applying safety, reliability, costing, and efficiency with technology to all client PROJECT MANAGEMENT processes.
