  1. Go to http://www.donotcall.gov
  2. Enter the phone numbers with a valid email address.
  3. Confirm the entry by clicking on the link in the confirmation email.
  4. Check and verify the database for the new entries.

5. Print or scan the confirmation or verification emails for future reference.
