IF you are a RACKSPACE client, you NEED to migrate to Gmail or O365 NOW. RACKSPACE will shake the ransomware trap that Microsoft dropped them into.
Migrate now. Don’t wait any longer. RACKSPACE might fix the problem in a few weeks, but they will never be free of the OUTLOOK ransomware holes that MS builds into Exchange Server software.
